Traveling + Overtime

Terms & Conditions
What you need to know before booking

Let’s chat about your event.
We offer flexible meeting options for your convenience — meet with us in person in the Durbanville area, or connect virtually via Zoom or WhatsApp video.

To secure your booking, a non refundable booking fee of 30% is required. Please note that the booking fee cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance must be settled and paid in full one week prior to the scheduled event.

Please make sure that a table and tablecloth are prepared on the day of the event for the setup, Additionally please ensure that you inform the venue about the availability of a power outlet near the DJ table (±10m)

The setup will happen 90 minutes prior to the event. If I need to set up more than 90 minutes before the event, an additional fee of R 1000 per hour will be charged.

It is required that meals be provided for the DJ and their assistant on the day of the event.
The client will be held responsible for any damage to the equipment that may occur during the course of the event.
If you wish to extend the DJ service by additional hour(s), kindly notify DJ Wico 30 minutes before the scheduled end of your event. Please note that the payment for overtime should be made in cash.

Unwarranted abuse or threatening behaviour from the client or guests will not be tolerated. Such conduct will result in the immediate termination of the performance, with no liability or loss to the DJ.

The full amount, as stated on the quote or invoice, is payable no later than one week prior to the event.

Outdoor entertainment cannot proceed in the event of rainy or inclement weather on the day of the event. The client is responsible for arranging an alternative, weather-safe location if required.

DJ Wico operates as a professional DJ company. Should DJ Wico be personally unavailable on the agreed event date, a highly skilled and experienced DJ from his team will be appointed to perform, ensuring the same exceptional standard.

Package prices listed are valid until July 2026.
